The SuperNova 1700
The SuperNova is the latest development from Andrew & Suter Limited and offers the user, no matter how small or large, with a high quality British built and designed multipoint gluer for a very competitive price.
The SuperNova is quick and simple to set and is fitted with all the necessary parts for producing Straight Line, Crashlock and 4 corner infold and outfold trays.
The SuperNova is fitted with a 5-gun Quma spray gluing system and incorporates the latest electronically controlled back fold system driven by servomotors.
This multipoint gluer is a compact machine and has been sold and installed in both corrugated and solid fibre board converting plants and offers the user a machine to suit most needs.
As Andrew and Suter Limited have a continuing production schedule for the SuperNova, we are able to offer prospective customers the chance of runnng trials with their own work at our factory, this has proved very popular.

The Semi-Automatic Nova Gluer 1600 & 2000
The Nova Gluer, made by Andrew & Suter Ltd, is the perfect machine for short runs of cases or cartons - die-cuts or RSCs, corrugated or carton board.

The MultiNova
Gluer for Straight Line and Crash Lock Bottom Boxes
This MultiNova Gluer is a multi-purpose gluing machine which can handle carton board, F, E, B and C flute corrugated including doublewall straight line gluing. The machine can glue:
- Side seam cases and die cuts
- Crash Lock bottom (three point) boxes
Machine fitted with PVA cold glue wheel applicator for bottom L.H. glue flap. Plus electronic twin head top glue system.

- Pile feed with timed operation as required
- Machine can operate with one or two operators - normally two, depending upon style of boxes being run
- Machine compression section both fitted with variable speed drives. Compression section returns under machine
- Foot pedal and push button control

The MultiNova
Gluer for Four Corner Infold and Outfold Trays
The MultiNova Gluer for four-point
gluing is designed to handle both infold and outfold
styles of boxes. Feeding is by hand, with some manual
folding. They are then glued, fully folded and delivered
by an in-line conveyor in a shingle.

- Outfold boxes require minimal hand folding of the
two rear diagonal panels whilst feeding.
- Infold boxes can either be hand folded and fed into
the machine or for better production results pre-folded
by the optional pre-folder unit ready for processing
on the gluer.

DGS Table
Stitcher
The Model DGS Table Stitcher
is available in two sizes and is a robust, single phase
powered unit.
The unique stitching head is as used on our Semi-Automatic
machine incorporating automatic lubrication and motorised
wire feed. Mounted on castors and fitted with safety
solenoid switch, this is truly a versatile and economical
stitcher.
Capable of stitching triple wall corrugated with the
addition of certain parts.

The 190BP Semi
Automatic Stitcher supplied by Andrew & Suter
Ltd. is the perfect machine for both sheet and board
